MCNA Continues to Serve Florida Healthy Kids Members

MCNA Dental first contracted with the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation in 2005 and has served members enrolled in the Florida Healthy Kids Program since then. MCNA continues to work with our network of participating Florida dentists to ensure our Florida Healthy Kids members have access to high quality dental care and services across the state. We encourage our providers to reach out to our dedicated Florida Provider Relations team at mcna_prdepartment@mcna.net or call our Provider Hotline at 1-855-698-6262 with any questions they may have.

Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Oral Health Training

The University of Florida College of Dentistry is hosting a free continuing dental education event for Florida dentists designed to equip dental practitioners and dental staff with practical skills and strategies to confidently deliver care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is an in-person event being held at Indian River State College on August 6-8, 2026. If you and members of your team are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity led by experienced clinicians, you can register by filling out the online registration form.


Updated Provider Manual Available for Review

A preview of our revised Florida Healthy Kids Provider Manual is now available. This revised version will go live in late May 2026 and be effective from January 1, 2026. 2026 American Dental Association CDT Changes

The American Dental Association (ADA) has released the 2026 version of the Current Dental Terminology (CDT) dental procedure code manual. Please read our provider bulletin for the full list of the dental services benefit changes that have been made to support updates applicable to the Florida Healthy Kids dental program.
