Program Overview
MCNA Dental is a dental plan for Florida Healthy Kids throughout the entire state. If you live in Florida, you or your children may be assigned to MCNA. We will manage your dental care.
As an MCNA member, your child will automatically have access to great dental care. They will also be eligible for value-added benefits such as an Amazon.com Gift Card.
MCNA offers you a large network of General Dentists and Dental Specialists across Florida. We work with our network dentists to make sure your child gets the high-quality dental care they need for their best smile!

How to Enroll with MCNA Dental in Florida
You must enroll your child during the open enrollment period. Your child should not be covered by another healthcare provider or insurance. They should not be eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, or Children's Medical Services benefits. They must also be 5 to 18 years of age. To find out more, call Healthy Kids toll-free at 1-888-FLA-KIDS (1-888-352-5437).
Once your child is enrolled with MCNA, they will have access to great dental care through our network of dentists. You will also be eligible to claim an Amazon.com Gift Card after they have two preventive dental visits.

Value-Added Services
We offer these extra benefits to our members to help promote good oral health. If you are enrolled with MCNA, you can get the extra benefits below. Included in Your Plan
$10 Amazon.com Gift Card
MCNA rewards our members who take care of their oral health! Parents or guardians of our Florida Healthy Kids members can earn a $10 Amazon.com Gift Card per child! To earn this reward, the child must see the dentist for an initial dental exam and preventive service when they join our plan. They must then go back for a follow-up dental checkup within 6 months. Adult members aged 18 and older can also earn this reward. Restrictions apply.

Bright Beginnings
Members who are pregnant are eligible for MCNA's Bright Beginnings program. Pregnant members will receive a free dental kit with oral health care supplies and information about good oral health for moms and babies.

After-Hours Helpline
All members will have access to after-hours help through MCNA's free Hygienist Helpline. Members may connect with MCNA's own registered dental hygienists for help with dental issues. The helpline is open outside of normal business hours.

Children's Backpack and Book
Each new MCNA Dental member aged 4 through 6 years will get a free drawstring backpack when they get a dental checkup. The backpack contains a copy of MCNA's children's book, Itty Bitty Baby Teeth.

Help in Other Languages and Interpreter Services: If you do not speak English, we can help. We have access to interpreter services. These services let us help answer questions in your preferred language. We can also arrange for an interpreter when you visit the dentist. Our Member Hotline staff can arrange these services at no cost to you.

Know Your Rights

As an MCNA member you are entitled to certain rights and services when being treated by MCNA network providers. It’s your duty to take part in the healthcare treatment suggested by your provider. We want to make sure that you are aware of your rights and know how to access them. A list of those rights can be found in your Member Handbook. Please read it to know your benefits.

The easiest way to contact MCNA if you need help with your dental care is to call our toll-free Member Hotline at 1-855-858-6262. You can call Monday through Friday, from 7:30am through 8pm, EDT, excluding national holidays.
If you call after regular business hours, you can leave a message on our secure voice mailbox. We will return your call the next business day.
MCNA has staff that speaks English and Spanish. We can also help you in other languages. For hearing-impaired members, our TTY line is available at 711.
